Il trekking dell' Helambu offre la visita a molti Monastero, foresta di rododendri in fiore, ( marzo / aprile), splendide viste sulle montagne, pittoreschi villaggi Sherpa, amichevoli persone e la cultura incontaminata della zona.

Questo trekking è più un trekking culturale che di montagna. Le genti qui si chiamano sherpa, ma il loro rapporto con gli Sherpa del Solu Khumbu è distante. I dialetti parlati sono anche diversi. Qui si segue la religione buddista e troverete molti antichi monasteri buddisti nei villaggi. Il nostro trek parte da Kathmandu dopo aver raggiunto in auto Sundarijal, che è a soli 13 km da Kathmandu. Si continua a salire fino a Chisopani dove si passa la prima notte, appena fuori valle. Chisopani offre una splendida vista delle montagne e del paesaggio. Helambu offer many Monastery visits, Rhododendron forest (flower; March/April), superb mountain views, picturesque Sherpa settlements, friendly people and after all unspoiled culture of the area.

This trek is more like cultural trek than mountain and glacier expeditions. People here call themselves Sherpas but their relationship with the Sherpa of Solu Khumbu is distant. The dialects spoken are also different. People here follow the Buddhist religion so you will find many old Buddhist monasteries in the villages. Tarkegyang is another Sherpa town along the way, which bears its own story. Our trek starts from Kathmandu after driving by bus/car to Sundarijal, which is just 13km from Kathmandu. We then continue ascend to Chisopani where we spend first night just outside valley. Chisopani offer great view of mountain and landscape.
